Like the other reviewers stated, the staff is very condescending. The owner and his son are very arrogant and quite frankly know nothing about sushi. For several reasons, I would avoid the no where near fresh sushi they serve. Hibachi master across the street would be a better option for local sushi. If its a slow night, be prepared for the owner to talk your ear off, and talk only about himself.

The food is very delicious! The lunch box special is a great deal.
Try the Red Curry Chicken with spicy tuna rolls.

tried to order a water with my food and had to almost fight the server over it. "Full Bar" was stressed heavily. Not everyone drinks at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Pad Thai was very very sweet, syrup or something, unusual.

Who is chef ramsey? I admit the food is good but the employees are snooty.

Large menu with a good diversity of items. Chef Ramsey would frown on that, but these guys pull it off ... everything is fresh, delicious and well-presented. Good to finally have a good sushi place in town.
